Eligibility Criteria for Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL) Off Campus Drive 2024:

• Candidates pursuing their BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech in the following domains are eligible
  • Mechanical
  • Mechatronics
  • Metallurgy
  • Electrical
  • Computer Science
  • Civil
  • Ceramic
  • Chemical
  • Production/Industrial Engineering
  • Safety and Fire
  • Instrumentation/ Electronics
  • Mining
• Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th & 12th
• Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation with no active backlog in any of the subjects during the campus drive.
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges to be preferred.
• Should not have more than a 1-year gap between two consecutive academic courses.  Eg: If a candidate passed his/her 12th in 2012 and joined his graduation in 2014 then this qualifies as 2-year GAP such cases should not be shortlisted for further process.

Selection Process for Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL) Off Campus Drive 2024?

The selection process includes Five Rounds

• Round 1 – Online Aptitude Test (Aptitude and Technical)
• Round 2 – Online Psychometric and Behavioural Test
• Round 3 – Group Discussion (if necessary)
• Round 4 – Online Technical/ Domain Interview (Panel Interview with HR)
• Round 5 – Interaction with CHRO

Written Tests shall be conducted online in an AI-enabled proctored environment (Infrastructure required- webcam and internet-enabled PC).
